  • Giving clear instruction and correcting technique
  • Customer care, motivation and behaviour change
  • Safety, injury prevention and first steps in nutrition

  • Work as a fitness instructor in gyms and fitness centres
  • Supervise the gym floor and create basic training plans for members
  • Teach small groups and give individual instruction
  • Register in the European EREPS register at level 3
