Personal trainer, EREPS level 4

With level 4 you coach individual clients towards their goals. This is the level at which most trainers start working independently and set their own rates.

What is the difference between level 3 and level 4?

At level 3 you coach members on the gym floor and in groups. At level 4 you work one-to-one: you run intakes, test and measure, and build individual programmes, which is what clients pay a personal trainer for.
